Before checkout

Fast Learn Academy sells the PDF study packs shown in its shop. Review the product description, subject, level and price in ZAR before paying. A study pack is a digital resource, not a tutoring booking or an accredited qualification. The order total is shown before you leave for Paystack. There is no physical delivery charge.

Your account and delivery

Free launch PDFs can be downloaded without an account. Sign in before a paid purchase or to save a pack in your library. Use the same account to return to your library. Packs become available for download after the server verifies successful payment. An interrupted callback does not itself prove payment; use “Check payment” in your order history. If you have paid but access is missing, contact us with the payment reference before paying again.

Using a pack

Packs are intended for the purchaser’s personal or family study use. Do not resell, publicly upload or redistribute them without written permission. You need a device that can open PDF files. Learning tools and practice scores support study; they do not predict school results or guarantee marks.

Problems, corrections and refunds

For a missing, corrupt, incorrect or duplicated purchase, contact admin@fastlearnacademy.co.za or 068 596 1787 with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will review the transaction and arrange appropriate access, correction or a refund where applicable. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law. For a school learner, a parent or guardian should manage the purchase.
